Welcome to COARPI. We would like to build you a beautiful house in the countryside around the towns of Chella and Anna, near Xativa, in the district 'La Canal de Navarrés' of the province of Valencia, Spain.
The lifestyle. Would life in the Spanish countryside suit you? Hills and lakes; spectacular scenery; outdoor recreation; farmland planted with oranges, olives, vines and almonds; towns with markets and festivals; history and prehistory; local crafts and dishes; friendly neighbours.
The location. Chella and Anna are typical small towns situated in the foothills of the Caroig mountain range. The nearest large town is Xativa with its historic castle and old town, plus newer tree-lined streets with shops, theatre and nightlife. The costal resort of Gandia is about an hour away, as is the major city and airport of Valencia.
The builder. The owner of Coarpi is José Julio Bellot. He is an experienced builder who puts quality first, is fully bonded and insured and gives a ten-year guarantee. He is highly recommended by his international clients.
The houses. Most houses are partly stone-built in traditional style, on rustic plots of at least 1 hectare. Increasingly, builds have eco-friendly features such as solar hot water and solar electricity.
